Pfc Wayne Harold Albert

 

Wayne H Albert was born on May 26th, 1922 to LeMars,Iowa and was killed during the fights in Normandy June 15th, 1944.

His father, Charles G Albert was a farmer and her mother Gertrude Vandeneer was a primary school teacher and sold dairy products coming from the firm station wagon. Regrettably, a pneumonia takes his father while Albert is only 4 years old.

Her mother raises only her 5 children. Albert to indeed 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Albert Wayne had ended his secondary education when he was enlisted on February 10th, 1941 to LeMars in Iowa. It was also member of National Guard.
 

Having followed the basic training in California, Pfc Albert Wayne goes volunteer for the parachutists. He does the training course of the paratroopers to Fort Benning, Gerorgia before joining his unity with Alliance, Nebraska.

He will be a part of the Company C of the 507th Parachute Infantry Regiment.
 

Pfc Albert Wayne was buried in Memorial Cemetary of LeMars in Iowa.
