Private Leo L Grass

Private Leo Loyd Grass was born November 8, 1924 in Sioux City, Iowa and was killed in action January 7, 1945 during the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium. 

He was the son of John E Grass and Nettie D Graves. His father was a farmer.

Leo was drafted March 23, 1944 at Fort Logan, Colorado. He volunteered for parachute troops and joined the 507th PIR.
