Comme pour les unités de la 101st Airborne, des sigles distinctif fut peint sur les côtés des casques pour faciliter l'identification. Mais contrairement à la 101st, toutes les unités n'eurent pas de sigle.

A la fin de la guerre l'insigne pour le régiment est une épée enflammée sur un
